What does it do?

A combination of 8 B vitamins
Reduces tiredness & fatigue

Specially formulated with a high strength complex blend of 8 B Vitamins including Riboflavin (B2), Niacin (B3), Vitamin B6 and B12 to release energy and contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. B vitamins are water soluble so they are only stored in the body in small amounts making regular intake important.
