With this ingredient, we have combined Cod Liver Oil which is naturally rich in Vitamin A and Vitamin D which has multiple benefits including maintaining healthy bones and muscles, helping you support an active lifestyle.

Free from: Artificial Colours, Flavours and Preservatives. Lactose Free. Not suitable for Vegetarians.

How to use
Take 1 to 2 dessert spoons a day (15 to 30 g).
