Snoring occurs when the soft tissue at the back of the throat relaxes during sleep and breathing causes this tissue to vibrate. This vibration produces the noise we know as snoring.

Boots Sleepeaze Snoring Throat Spray works by toning and lubricating this soft tissue to reduce these vibrations.

How to use
Always read the product information before use.

Use at room temperature.

Apply each night (or as required) as follows:

1. Shake bottle

2. Spray three times towards the back of the throat

3. Hold for 20 seconds before swallowing

Store in a dark place, between 5 and 25ºC.
