How to use
Please read the product information before use.

Apply each night (or as required) as follows:


Place a Snoring Throat Strip on the roof of the mouth.
Allow to dissolve.

For best results, do not eat or drink after applying the throat strip. More than one application of throat strips may be taken, but usually one application is sufficient.

Keep out of reach of small children.

Store in a cool, dry place. If you pregnant, talk to your pharmacist or doctor before use.

There is no guaranteed cure for snoring, however these Snoring Throat Strips can help to relieve the symptoms. This product is not a cure for sleep apnoea, a related respiratory medical condition, where breathing stops temporarily during sleep.
