Study: A UK study¹ carried out on 108 volunteers taking 2 servings of GOLD COLLAGEN MULTIDOSE daily showed

How to use
1 bottle contains 30 x 15 ml servings.

Recommended dose: take 1 serving (typically 1 large tablespoon) per day.

For optimum and longer lasting results, take 2 servings per day: for 3 weeks to stimulate skin hydration, 6 weeks for skin smoothness, 9 weeks for skin firmness.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Shake well before use.
