Contains (minimum daily dose) 550mg Glucosamine Sulphate 2KCI 258mg Omega-3 nutrients

Calcium & Vitamin D for normal bone maintenance and muscle function

Manganese for the normal formation of connective tissue

Vitamin C that helps collagen formation for strength, resilience and support to your cartilage and bones

How to use
Take two capsules a day with a cold drink. If required, up to four capsules once a day.

Contains active ingredients that work with your body over time; you may need to take for up to three months, before experiencing full benefits.
