Seven Seas Jointcare® Complete has been formulated to:

Support connective tissue, cartilage, muscles and bones. Contains (minimum daily dose):550mg Glucosamine Sulphate 2KCI258mg Omega-3 nutrients
Calcium & vitamin D for normal bone maintenance and muscle function
Manganese for the normal formation of connective tissue
Vitamin C that helps collagen formation for strength, resilience and support to your cartilage and bones
How to use
Dosage

Take two capsules a day with a cold drink. If required, up to four capsules once a day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Women who are pregnant or planning a pregnancy should consult their doctor before taking vitamin and mineral supplements.

Contains active ingredients that work with your body over time; you may need to take for up to three months, before experiencing full benefits.
