How to use
Please read the enclosed leaflet carefully before use.

For oral use. Swallow the tablets whole with water. Do not chew.

Adults and the elderly: Two tablets, one hour before you go to bed.

Hazards and Cautions
Not recommended for children or adolescents under 18 years.

Do not take if you are:

Under 18 years of age
Pregnant or breast feeding
Allergic to any of the other ingredients
Already taking a medicine for sleep or anxiety

Do not exceed the stated dose.

If symptoms persist or worsen consult your doctor.

Do not store above 30°C. Do not use these tablets after the expiry date shown on the pack.

Keep out of the sight and reach of children.

These tablets may cause drowsiness which can persist into the following day. If affected do not drive or operate machinery.

Avoid alcoholic drink.
