We take 45 fresh, farm-grown fruits & veg and carefully ferment them in a symbiotic co-culture of 11 strains of live bacteria, the same method used to produce kombucha & Kefir. This fermented food encourages the growth of hundreds of substrains of friendly bacteria in the gut.
We also include 5, carefully selected, live bacteria strains. Dietery fibers are then added to further naturally promote and support the growth of good bacteria.
This product does not contain artificial additives and has been created without the use of aritficial processing aids. Instead, we have worked hard to make sure it is as clean and gentle as possible.

How to use
Take one to two vegecaps daily as a food supplement with or without food.
