Magnesium-B as been specially formulated to provide 300mcg of magnesium combined with vitamin B complex and vitamin C. Magnesium is important for helping to support energy production and is responsible for over 300 enzyme reactions in the body. Magnesium also plays a role in the normal function of the nervous system and contributes to normal muscle function and to electrolye balance.

Vitamins B6, B21, riboflavin (B2), pantothenic acid (B5) and folic acid to contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamin C has been added for its role in helping to support the normal function of the immune system and for the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
