How to use

XLS-Medical Fat Binder is very easy to use and it can be incorporated easily into your daily routine. Just take one sachet, three times a day with liquid directly after meals. As with all high fibre diets it is essential that you drink plenty of water throughout the day. Do not exceed three sachets daily.
