How to use
The Ritual: Spritz your body and bed linen with our specially forumlated sleep mist before climbing into the sheets. Lie back and inhale deeply, allowing the soothing aromas to calm your senses. Build this into an enhance sleep ritual by bathing in our Deep Relax Bath and Shower Oil and applying a layer of Relax Body Oil before bed.
